Lexi and Dalton’s wedding day was absolutely splendid. When Lexi contacted me about  October 2nd for her wedding date I was a little hesitant.  October even the beginning in Williston, North Dakota can be so unpredictable.  Some years there is snow already, other years it’s 80 degrees! We lucked out with a perfect 75-degree day with a slight breeze and tons of sun! 

Lexi and her family put so much work and attention to detail into creating so many personalized wedding details, from signs, and photos, to a wooden sign for their guest book that was covered from edge to edge with friends and family’s names.  However, the moment that stood out to me the most was when Lexi’s dad Will saw Lexi for the first time. These two choose to have a first look at Spring Lake Park in Williston, ND. It was during this moment that I was reminded all over again why I love what I do. Though I think Will was a little sad to see his baby girl grow up he reminded everyone during his speech that she will still be just a few miles down the road, and he will get to see her every day at work at Chamley Pipe and Salvage. 

Lexi and Dalton are an incredible couple who have been together since 2015. After spending a day surrounded by their family and friends, it was obvious to me that this wasn’t an ordinary couple. They were so special and so loved by so many.
